At Divyam, we take great care in packaging and delivering your pooja samagri. Your satisfaction and trust matter to us deeply.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The item is unused and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sacred and perishable nature of certain products, the following cannot be returned:

• Fresh flowers, prasad, or any consumable items
• Opened incense sticks, dhoop, or camphor packs
• Customised or made-to-order puja kits

How to Initiate a Return

Please share your order number, a photo of the item, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Puja Booking Cancellations

Puja bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
