Divyam reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Orders once placed cannot be modified. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

Delivery

We deliver pan India. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Divyam is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

Puja Bookings

All puja bookings are subject to pandit availability.
Divyam acts as a platform connecting devotees with verified pandits. We are not directly responsible for the conduct of individual pandits.
Payments for puja bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled ceremony.
